Goodtimes!!! Happy 5th Birthday Christian

I love my nephew
Today was Christians 5th Birthday party at Picnic Island. It was sooooo much fun. I think its was the best party I have been to in a very long time. It was such a perfect day. We had lots of food, a jumpy castle, and good times with new and old friends. We had 3 legged races, water balloon fights and LOTS of pictures. So here
are some pictures of the Big event, hope you like them.

Merry Merry Christmas...

So our Celebrating Christmas began on Christmas Eve. My side of the family came over for an amazing dinner and games. I made a Cranberry, Pomegranate Pork Tenderloin. It turned our wonderful. My mom made Collard Greens and my sister made Macaroni and Cheese. My wonderful Hubby made his delicious Mashed-potatoes. Every Christmas Eve my mom buys p.j.'s for everyone and we put them on eat dinner and play game all night till the kids fall asleep. Which that is exactly what we did. We got up the next morning and my mom made breakfast for all of us! It was a blast.

Santa was really nice to Ali even though she was a bit naughty this year!

Christmas was wonderful too! We went to Jason's dad's house and opened all our presents. Dinner was great but I don't think anyone can top my Christmas Eve dinner! (Smile:)) We had a great time! I am just thankful for having such a loving family!

Winter Wonderland...

So far I have been off for a whole week and all I have been doing is cleaning. I will clean and then Ali will pull out. I thought at 3 1/2 years old you would be past all the pulling out and stuff. But I was wrong. I am so excited that Christmas is just a few short days away. I am done shopping for everyone except my dad. What do you get a man that has everything, and when I say everything I mean EVERYTHING! He knows what he likes and doesn't want to wait to get it!
With Ali, every year we go over board and I always say no I am not doing this again, but it happens. everyone wants there little ones to be happy right? Well I tried to get her everything she has asked for. I did the Barbie cash register and one Hannah Montana doll, and a whole lot more. I know like always she is just going to be overwhelmed everything and everyone.

So today I did my last minute shopping and waited for my sister to get off from work. We ended up taking the kiddo's out to the zoo for Winter Wonderland. It was fun. It was so dead and there were no lines for any rides or games. It was perfect. Ali (who is scared of everything)even got to take pictures with Santa. I was so proud of her. She loved it she told him everything she wanted and then gave him the biggest hug I have every seen her give.(He must be really special.) Then my best friend Lindsey met us for dinner and she gave Ali her Christmas present. It was an awesome night. Here are some photo's from tonight enjoy...

Keith Urban was awesome...

Ok so I am soo sick. I think I might have the Flu.(sucks) But I am not letting this thing get me down. Its my last week at work and then I am home free for almost 3 weeks!!!!! :)

Jason and I went to the Keith Urban concert last night and had a blast, sick and all. It was so nice to have a night just the two of us and 50 thousand other Keith Urban fans. We had dinner at Bennigans in Channelside and then walked over for the concert. It was great. It was our second time seeing him in concert and we loved it. I personally think it was better then seeing Tim and Faith a couple of months ago.

Saturday night I went to a PJ party with Jessica it was to much fun. It was the first time in a while that we left the boys home and went out and had a blast.

Glad its the weekend

So this week went by a bit slow for me. Not only was it slow but busy. I'm guessing that's the way its supposed to be when you anticipate a well needed couple of weeks off. :) I am sooo excited.

So my week began with Jason's 27th Birthday, and a physical with a TB test for work (ouch) on Monday, we did a nice dinner at Jason's favorite place.... Aragato's.

Tuesday I went back to work with my co-teacher out the whole day.(We vowed to never take anyday's from Tuesday-Thursday off.)It wasn't too bad.

Wednesday was a baby shower meeting with some friends and Lindsey's mom. We have exactly one month to get this thing going.(AHH) I think we got everything under control all we need is a nice place like a club house or banquet room.

Thursday was busy for me, i was late to work, I had a training, had to bake a pie for our Christmas celebration at work (I don't bake.)Then I had to get all the gifts for my co-teacher,Ali's teacher and buy and ornament for Misty's Victorian Tea.

Which leads me to today Friday (Sigh) It was crazy but fun. Ali got a few gifts from the faculty and staff at HCC which was really nice of them.

I work with 2 year olds but today we had 1's and 2's in the same room. It was fun we danced and painted, finger plays and so on and so on. When I got off I had to rush to my mom's and get Ali fed and dressed to go to Misty's Victorian Tea at her Church.
I had a blast. Pastor Deana is amazing. She really touches you when she speaks, it feels like she knows whats wrong or when you need a had. I cry every time I go to Misty's church, not b/c I'm upset or anything, but b/c I am always moved by her words of wisdom and guidance. I can't wait til her princess luncheon.

Happy its Wednesday....

It has been a crazy week for me!! I have just wanted to cover my head and stay in bed because I already know my day is going to be full of disgruntle people. I am just happy that Friday is right around the corner and then I have only 2 more weeks til my Christmas Vacation ya!!!!

I haven't started my Christmas shopping but I am not rushing this year I have 2 1/2 weeks off so I have a little time to get things together. Then I am having Christmas Eve dinner at my house this year so I am on a mission to find the perfect dishes to serve to my mom, dad, sister, hopefully soon to be bother-in-law, my cousin, her son, and my hubby and daughter (deep breath out!):) But I am very excited I just can't wait...I am so blessed to have the ones that I love the most be with me on Christmas Eve.

Well I hope everyone enjoys the rest of there week and the weekend to come!!

Our Hotel :)

This is a photo fromthe website but I will post m own on Sunday..

In Savannah Ga.

Ok so its Friday afternoon and I am in the hotel writing about my trip waiting for Jason to wake up from his nap and Ali is in Port Wentworth, Ga. with my parents. We had a wonderful couple of days in Savannah. We did a tour on Thursday morning and then had an amazing dinner with people that mean the most to me.
Early this morning (midnight) we decided to drive to Hilton Head, South Carolina and do some shopping. I have never in my life seen soooo many people gather in one place besides at weddings. The parking lots were full in 2.5 seconds and people were lined up at the doors tapping on the windows beging to be let in. We have decided that we can live with out going shopping the day after Thanksgiving. We are buying online this year.

Jason and I got about 4 hours of sleep and then we got up and had a wonderful breakfest in the City Market which is right across the street from our hotel. I will post pictures as soon as we get home on Sunday.

I must say Savannah is breath taking. I have to thank Donna for getting this wonderful hotel that is right on Bay st. across from Riverstreet.
